Notify List & Guestbook

Added a guestbook and notify list for... no particular reason. If the guestbook claims I havn't payed again, please let me know so I can complain some more. Damnit, I payed my 2 dollars, give me my guestbook.

Any rate, if you sign up to the notify list you'll get an e-mail every time I add a new post. Not sure why you'd want that, but there it is. The guest book... well... leave any commentary you want there, or if for some reason you can't reach me any other way, thats what thats for. Not that I can think of any reason you'd want to, but, hey, its there.
